We are fine tuning the ratio of West3 Spice rub to Ghost Chili powder over the course of dinners this week. We are trying to get it to live up to the warning label. Goal is pretty close to tongue blistering, but not ER visit inducing. I am super excited to work it up on some chicken wings. That will probably be my next recipe. I think we are going to do half a dozen jars to start with, if you want to order one visit our store and mention that “you want it hot” in the special instructions area. If there is enough demand I will add it as a unique item, but for now we are just testing it out.
